{"id":2552,"date":"2025-03-10T12:05:06","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T12:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cureme.lshtm.ac.uk\/?p=2552"},"modified":"2025-03-10T14:53:10","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T14:53:10","slug":"first-cure-me-webinar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cureme.lshtm.ac.uk\/index.php\/2025\/03\/10\/first-cure-me-webinar\/","title":{"rendered":"First Cure-Me Webinar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Building Bridges: Community strategies and research insights from the CureME team and ME\/CFS study participants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Thank you to everyone who joined out first interactive webinar, bringing researchers and participants together, which we held this February with guest speaker Dr Jaqueline Cliff from Brunel University.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Cliff gave a presentation on Dr Sook\u2019s recent publication \u201cAbnormal T-Cell Activation and Cytotoxic T-Cell Frequency Discriminates Symptom Severity In Myalgic Encephalomyelitis\/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome\u201d, explaining the hypothesis of the study and the initial results in an accessible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The CureME team and the participants to learned much from each other as they interacted online following the talk.
