Our Partnerships

Advancing research together

At CureMe, we recognise that addressing the complex challenges of ME/CFS requires more than scientific inquiry alone—it demands collective effort. Through strategic collaborations, we aim to accelerate research, amplify awareness, and bridge the gap between science, community, and policy.

By joining forces with organisations that share our commitment to understanding and addressing ME/CFS, we’re able to expand the reach of critical information, foster innovation, and advocate more effectively for those affected. Together, we are building a foundation for deeper insight, broader engagement, and lasting change.

Our collaborations

ME Association

The ME Association (MEA) has been providing expert support, information, and advocacy for people with ME/CFS and Long Covid since 1980. A longstanding leader in the field, the MEA plays a central role in advancing biomedical research and helped to finance the founding of the UK ME/CFS Biobank as well as its ongoing support.

CureMe and the the ME Association have worked in close partnership for many years, with a shared commitment to advancing high-quality research and improving the lives of those affected by ME/CFS. As a founding funder of the UK ME/CFS Biobank, the MEA has made sustained investment in biomedical research possible.

Foggy Dog

Foggy Dog is a patient-led advocacy initiative dedicated to driving global change for people with ME/CFS. Through awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, and research fundraising, Foggy Dog works to break stigma, influence systemic change, and accelerate the search for effective treatments.

The CureMe-team is proud to support Foggy Dog’s mission to challenge stigma and raise global awareness around ME/CFS. As a research group, we recognise that scientific progress must go hand in hand with public understanding and advocacy. By working together, we aim to amplify accurate information, engage wider audiences, and foster a shared commitment to improving the lives of people with ME/CFS. Our collaboration reflects a common goal: to ensure that awareness leads to action, and that research is informed by – and responsive to – the patient community.

A heartfelt thank you to our individual donors

At the ME/CFS Biobank UK, we are deeply grateful to every individual donor whose generosity makes our work possible.

Many of you choose to donate in very personal and meaningful ways — through birthday gifts, fundraising activities such as swimming challenges, or regular monthly donations. Each contribution, big or small, helps us advance vital research and brings hope to those affected by ME/CFS.

Thank you for standing with us and helping to make a difference.

With many thanks from all the CureME team
